Malaysian cuisine is rich, vibrant, exotic and flavorful with myriad of different dishes to satisfy your palate. Here in SeraiMas, Alice is excited to cater authentic and fusion flavors of her heritage and transport you to a culinary paradise.

How much does catering cost?

Catering starts at minimum $300. If you’re requesting a Feast tent vending setup for an outdoor event where SeraiMas will sell food to guests, our guaranteed minimum is $600 (event organizer pays difference if food sales are under this amount). Please click to Feast Catering for more details.

What kind of catering do you do?

SeraiMas offers catering for a small group like a business lunch, appetizers for a party or a product launch to a full wedding buffet and gala dinner. Alice also offers fruits and vegetables carving as center pieces. Please book at least 4 weeks in advance if fruits and vegetables center pieces are required.

Do you cater for special diets like vegetarian, gluten and dairy free?

Yes, we can cook from scratch dishes to meet your needs. Please look at each menu’s Additional Information for the ingredients used. Substitutions are possible to create fusion dishes for your enjoyment. Almost all the dishes here can be vegetarian and with less heat or simply not at all.

What are the cuisines available for catering?

Malaysian exotic cuisines. They comprise of Malay (similar to Indonesian cuisine), Chinese, Indian (South Asia) and Alice’s Peranakan Nyonya cuisine. Alice also caters Thai food from her experience owning a fine dining fusion restaurant in Phuket, Thailand.

Does SeraiMas offers other international cuisines?

Yes, Alice is one of the immigrant chefs at Feast World Kitchen which offers many international cuisines to Spokane. We can provide an assortments of delicious, authentic cuisines that will tantalize your taste buds and take you on a journey through cultures and traditions.

Can I just order a fruit carving platter instead of food catering?

Yes, absolutely. Alice works with seasonal fruits and vegetables. She also offers food presentation and food platter decoration with her carvings.

Ordering Process

Step-by-step

I am excited to share my culture and Malaysian cuisine with you. I am a participating chef at Feast World Kitchen and also use the kitchen for catering. In general our food catering starts at minimum $300 and up. Please visit Feast website for more details on our catering offers. Make sure you request for me (Alice Koh) in the order form. I also take fruit and vegetables carving orders for special occasions.

Have your food delivered (within Spokane) or pick it up yourself at Feast World Kitchen. Feast is also available to be on site.
