Description
This version of steamed bun is about 2.5 times bigger than the normal buns. We call it “Tai Pau” which means Big Bun is Malaysia. It has a delicious, peppery and savory filling consisting of chicken, pork, jicama, carrots, shitake mushrooms, and a slice of hard boiled egg! I personally prefer to use just chicken meat so I will be offering 2 versions for this “Tai Pau” – with chicken and pork and chicken only. Serve with Sriracha chili sauce.
Pricing starts at minimum 4 dozens (48 pieces) per choice of protein.
