A bold flavor of Indian and Malay spices and herbs. Chicken drumsticks are slow cooked in a creamy coconut curry broth that is the signature Nyonya (Peranakan or Straits Born Chinese) noodle dish. Countless garnishes like shredded chicken drumsticks, tofu puffs, julienne cucumber and herbs complete the meal. Please ask for an extra spicy sambal (chili blend with shrimp paste) for an authentic flavor. I am using Yakisoba noodles. You can request for rice vermicelli noodles for a gluten free dish.
