This is the signature Nyonya (Peranakan or Straits Born Chinese) noodle dish. Experience the integrated blend of spices and herbs in a creamy coconut curry broth with prawns, scratch made fish balls, mussels and tofu puffs. Broth comes mildly spicy. Please ask for an extra spicy sambal (chili blend with shrimp paste) for an authentic flavor. I am using Yakisoba noodles. You can request for rice vermicelli noodles for a gluten free dish.
