Description
Pasembur or Rojak Mamak is a Malaysian Indian Muslim salad dish served with crunchy shrimp (or vegetarian) fritters, eggs, tofu, potatoes, julienne cucumber and jicama. This salad is then drenched in a spiced nutty sweet peanut sauce. Pasembur is available everywhere in Malaysia, particularly in Penang Island where it is especially popular.
Choice of deep fried fritters with vegetables only or with vegetables and shrimps.
Pricing is per choice of shrimps or vegetarian.
