Description
Rendang is a popular dish made with meat stewed in coconut milk and spices. It is commonly found in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. There are many varieties of rendang. Mine is cooked in a mild spicy version with grounded grated coconut to add to the delicious nutty flavor.
Rendang is often served with Nasi Kunyit. I have made my version of Nasi Kunyit with Japanese sushi rice instead of the traditional glutinous rice because it is easier on the stomach.

Pricing is per choice of protein. Nasi Kunyit (Turmeric Rice) is included.
