Description
Kolo Mee is Sarawak Malaysian style noodle dish which is characteristically dry. “Kolo” comes from the Chinese Cantonese translation “gon lo” or literally “dry mix”. “Mee” refers to “noodle” in the Hokkien Chinese dialect. My version of this noodles is topped with minced chicken and mushrooms, slices of chicken char siew, some greens and fragrant crispy fried shallots.
Optional: Crispy bacon bits and lard.
Pricing available for BBQ Chicken or Pork Char Siew.
