Pineapple Shrimps Curry or Udang Masak Lemak is a popular Nyonya curry dish from Melaka, Malaysia. The freshly grounded herbs and spices used in making the curry give this dish a distinctive flavor unique to the Nyonya Straits Born Chinese cooking method. Jumbo shrimps are used along with pineapples and tomatoes. Best eaten with fragrant Jasmine rice, sold separately.
