These vegetarian dumplings are one of my favorite vegetarian food. Similar to gyoza, the dumplings are steamed and pan roasted to get a crispy bottom and soft juicy top. My version of the filling comes with jicama, carrots, celery, spinach and mashed tofu in a savory, peppery flavor. Eggs are used to combine all the ingredients together. Please advise Alice if you want to omit them from the filling. Come with sweet garlic and ginger dipping sauce.
